The Metropolitan Alliance of Connected Communities (MACC Alliance) is a strategic partnership of community organizations that have joined together to leverage their collective resources and voice. Our unique alliance honors the individual identities and histories of its member agencies and forges innovative partnerships among members and with nonmember agencies, businesses and leaders. MACC members share the goals of serving individuals, families and various communities that are defining the future.

Looking for the MACC Commonwealth site?

Founded by MACC Alliance, the MACC CommonWealth is a collaborative created and driven by our member nonprofits. This collaborative organization was created to provide expert administrative services and administrative leadership that allows members to focus on their mission and make a powerful impact in their communities. The CommonWealth delivers nonprofit organizations collaborative, expert solutions for finance, human resources, information technology, client data, facilities, and behavioral health billing.



              MACC Alliance and MACC CommonWealth to Merge

On June 19, 2014 the Boards of Directors of the Metropolitan Alliance of Connected Communities (MACC Alliance) and its subsidiary, MACC CommonWealth Services, Inc. (MCW) announced that the organizations will merge into a single entity, effective January 1, 2015.

The combined nonprofit entity will be a membership organization whose purpose will be to provide quality services, collaborative programs, and powerful connections for its member organizations, that empower them to excel in helping communities, families, and individuals thrive.

              MACC Economic Opportunities Initiative


MACC Service Network LLC has engaged in an assessment and strategy process intended to enhance the capacities of MACC Alliance member agencies to implement increasingly effective place-based strategies that connect agency participants to greater economic opportunities.

A monthly MACC Economic Opportunity Training Calendar that outlines MACC member agency trainings that are available to program participants will updated on a monthly basis.

              Disruptive Forces:  Innovation Conversation with Susan Dreyfus
